Andrei is a Senior Fellow at the Centre of Religion, Reconciliation and Peace, University of Winchester, co-founder of a peacebuilding organisation Rodeemos el Diálogo (ReD, Embrace Dialogue) in Colombia and an honorary research associate at the University of Bristol. Andrei has been an associate researcher at UCL Institute of the Americas, the Centre for Criminology (University of Oxford), the Sussex Centre for Conflict and Security Research, and the Conflict Analysis Resource Centre in Bogotá. In the UK he has consulted for Conciliation Resources, the Organisation of Ibero American States, the International Organisation for Migrations, and Information Technology and Agricultural Development (ITAD). In Colombia he has consulted for the National Centre for Historical Memory, the Ombudsman Office, the Office of the High Commissioner for Peace, and the Leadership Institute of the National University of Colombia. He is author of Genocide, Geopolitics and Transnational Networks: a Con-textualisation of the Destruction of the Unión Patriótica in Colombia (Routledge, 2015), El Triunfo del No (Ícono, 2016), producer of La Confianza
