Tom Gillhespy

Tom has over two decades of experience working in fragile and conflict affected settings (FCAS) with a focus on monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), peacebuilding, security, and stabilisation. He specialises in the links between the climate and biodiversity crises and peace and stability, combining his academic background with extensive experience of delivering and evaluating programmes in FCAS. He has supported local peacebuilders all over the world, whilst also working closely with institutional donors, bridging the expectations of the international community with the often untapped potential of local stakeholders.
